AUGMENTIN ES SUSPENSION is used to manage bacterial infections such as middle ear and sinus infections, respiratory tract infections, genital tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections such as dental infections, bone and joint infections, septic abortion (any abortion complicated by uterine infection), and abdominal infections. The symptoms of a bacterial infection may include fever, difficulty breathing, pus formation, and pain.

Do not take AUGMENTIN ES SUSPENSION if you have a history of hypersensitivity to beta-lactams, including penicillin and cephalosporins, or any other ingredients of this medicine. Amoxicillin is an antibiotic that is used to treat a variety of infections. It works by killing bacteria that cause infections. It is also used to prevent and treat infections that have become difficult to treat due to aging. It is used to treat many different types of infections, such as urinary tract infections, respiratory infections, skin infections, ear infections, and gastrointestinal infections.
AUGMENTIN (amoxicillin) treats a variety of bacterial infections. It is a penicillin-type antibiotic. AUGMENTIN is a type of penicillin which fights bacteria. It will not work against viral infections such as the common cold or flu.
To use AUGMENTIN (amoxicillin) you need to use a medicine which you take with a meal. You can take this medicine with or without food. It is best to take this medicine when you are well, but you should also take it at the same time each day. If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is almost time for your next dose. In this case, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the usual time. Do not take two doses at the same time to make up for a missed dose.
